We hope you will browse our journals and get to know us better that way but here is a bit of background on us:

We have been together since 1996 and got married in the summer of 2007. We both knew we were in it for the long haul when we travelled together for 13 months backpacking in South-East Asia and the Middle-East and managed not to get on each other’s nerves! That trip, undertaken in 1999 and 2000, gave us a taste of adventure and ever since we have tried to live life to the fullest.

We share the same philosophy about life which could best be summed up as follows:
Whatever you choose to do with your life, do it to as best as you can and savor every moment. This could be going to school, being in a relationship, having children (before you ask we don’t have any as of yet), work or riding around the world by motorcycle. If you really think about it, all of these things can be just as amazing as the next, it just depends on your frame of mind. Enjoy the trip!
